I am a writer and editor from Sydney living in Brooklyn.

I studied English and Political Science at the University of Michigan, before completing an MFA in Nonfiction Writing at Columbia University. Now I write essays about culture, technology, books, and the environment (amongst other things). 

I was formerly the Assistant Editor at The Believer and an Editorial Fellow at the New York Review of Architecture. I am currently working on my first book.
